No. Your first month is your first month. We onboard you, sync your accounts, and get your books current with no extra charge.
What counts as tax prep?
Your annual business return (Schedule C, S-Corp 1120-S, or Partnership 1065 depending on your entity) is included. Personal returns and state filings are scoped separately if needed.
Can I start on Starter and move up?
Yes. Switch tiers any month. Your advisor carries the full context, so there is no onboarding lag when you grow.
What does business formation support include?
LLC or corporation filing, EIN registration, registered agent service for the first year, and operating agreement setup. Available on the Complete plan.
Is there a contract?
